Derby, a 61 apartment development on Derby Street, Penrith was completed in March 2014, and was Wentworth's first internally managed property development.

This $14 million development set a new standard for affordable and community housing in Penrith, with a range of studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for long-term affordable rental. These modern spacious units prove that affordability does not mean compromise or cutting corners in design and features.

We have worked hard to build apartments that everyone would want to live in.

It is all about attention to detail. While Spence, Judges and Jamison Parks are all nearby, Derby includes a common courtyard – well stocked with Australian native plants. The courtyard has developed into a wonderful place to relax for our tenants.
