Repairs and maintenance

If you have a repairs and maintenance problem, please report it to our maintenance department as soon as you can.

Please contact the maintenance department on the below contact details:

Between the hours of 8:30am – 4:30pm please dial (02) 4777 8000 and select option 1.

Outside of these hours for urgent works please contact our After Hours emergency line on 1300 761 315.

Next steps

After you report a maintenance issue Wentworth will contact either the tradesperson if you live in a capital property or the agent/owner if you live in a leasehold property. Leasehold properties will be referred to the real estate agent.

Timeframes for repairs and maintenance

The response times for repairs and maintenance will depend on how urgent the problem is.

Emergency and Urgent repairs are those listed on page 6 of your NSW Residential Tenancy Agreement and will be attended to as a priority. If you are unsure of the category or response for your maintenance problem, Wentworth staff will be able to assist you.

Wentworth carries out spot checks on completed repairs to make sure the work has been completed to standards and ensure you are satisfied. If you have any problems with Wentworth’s contracted tradespeople or the quality of their repair work, please let us know by calling 4777 8000 so we can address the issue.
